At Dana's Beauty Lounge, we are committed to delivering high-quality lash and brow services. If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with you to address your concerns and offer a complimentary touch-up, subject to the Lounge's approval.

Fill Policy

For lash extension services, we only perform fills on sets originally done at Dana's Beauty Lounge. If you have lash extensions from another salon, we'll offer you a removal and full new set to ensure the quality and safety of your lashes. Lash fill appointments are available up to 4 weeks after your initial application. After 4 weeks, a full new set is recommended to maintain the health and appearance of your natural lashes.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For appointments canceled within 24 hours, service deposit will not be refunded. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and respect the time of our staff and other clients.

Late/No-Show Policy

Late Arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

No-Shows: Service deposit will not be refunded for missed appointments without notice. With no-show record, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings.

Refunds

Dana's Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds for completed services. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about your service.

Allergies

For your safety, we require all new clients to inform us of any sensitivities or allergies before their appointment. This includes any previous reactions to lash adhesives, brow dyes, or other products used in our services. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply text or call us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions; however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Please note that lash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates.

Aftercare

Lash Aftercare: To maintain the longevity and quality of your lash extensions, please follow our aftercare instructions provided at the end of your service.

Brow Maintenance: Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal brow health and appearance. We offer follow-up appointments for brow shaping and tinting as needed.
